Pricing Policies

I always care about having transparent and open conversation about therapy costs with patients. All services at Renewal Psychology are available via private pay. I am also paneled as a provider with Lyra Health. For all other types of insurance, I am an out of network provider (see the FAQ for additional information).

Initial intake appointments (50 minutes) are priced at $280 per session.

Individual therapy (50 minute) sessions are priced at $225 per session.

Extended individual therapy sessions (75 minutes) are priced at $300 per session.

Clinical consultation and clinical training are priced at $225 per hour.

Patients are free to take detailed invoices to their insurance companies to request reimbursement and superbills are available upon request.

For subsidized services, clients may be eligible for support through the Washington Therapy Fund.

Payments are processed via credit card kept on file. HSA cards are accepted. Full payment is due at the time of session. A good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon scheduling or upon request. Prices are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify Renewal Psychology of any planned cancellations no less than 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows are potentially subject to be charged the full session fee.
